The App Design section helps you quickly build and customize the customer-facing experience of your mobile app.
You can:
Apply a ready-made theme template from the Themes Library.
Customize supported app screens and components.
Add, remove, and reorder sections.
Preview changes immediately in the editor.
Test the latest design on a mobile device using Ego Live Preview.
Start with a theme template
The Themes Library provides ready-made app designs that you can apply immediately.
Each theme includes a pre-built layout, visual style, and component arrangement designed for a specific store type, such as furniture, beauty, or wellness.
To use a theme:
Open App Design.
Browse the available themes.
Click View Detail to preview the theme.
Click Apply Theme to use it for your app.
Customize the content, branding, and layout to match your store.
Applying a theme gives you a complete starting layout, so you do not need to build every screen from scratch.

Customize your layout
For each screen, you can:
Add supported components.
Drag and drop components to reorder them.
Edit images, text, products, collections, and display settings.
Hide or remove components.
Review changes in the preview.
Preview your design
Changes appear in the editor preview while you customize the screen.
For a more accurate mobile experience:
Save your changes.
Open Ego Live Preview.
Connect to your store.
Review the updated screens and interactions on your device.
Important notes
Applying a theme replaces the current design layout, so review your existing design before confirming.
Theme templates can still be fully customized after being applied.
Components are configured separately for each screen.
Custom screens must be linked from navigation, a banner, or another supported component.
Integrated components require the related integration to be enabled.
Customers only see the updated design after it is published.
