Create Your First Gift Campaign

Go to Campaign → Create campaign and choose an offer type that matches your goal. Five ready-made offer types appear: Cart value gift, Cart quantity gift, Reward bar, BXGY, BOGOS.

Configure the following sections to create your promotion:

• Basic Information – Enter the offer name, display title, schedule, and other general settings.

• Customer buys – Define the requirements customers must meet to qualify for the offer, such as cart value, product quantity, specific products, collections, customer tags, and more.

• Customer gets – Choose the reward customers will receive once the conditions are met, including free gifts, discounts, free shipping.

Switch to Step 2: Display setting and turn on how shoppers learn about the offer.

You can set up whether customers will get a gift automatically added to cart, or they can select gifts from a popup.

There are other methods of displaying the offer:

• Notification/Popup — the toast when the gift lands in the cart ("You've unlocked free gifts!").

• Announcement bar — "Spend {{trigger_value}} and get a FREE gift 🎁" on every page.

• Product page widget — the offer card on product pages (needs its theme block added once — the editor links you there).

• Promotion badge — Catch shopper's attention with special offer badges on product images

Make sure to click Save after the settings is done.

Then run a test on your storefront:

1. Add products that meet your offer conditions to the cart.

2. Check that your offer shows up and applies the correct discount or gift.

3. Check if all offer exposure shows up correctly (announcement bar, product page widget, promotion badge).

4. Remove items to get below the threshold — if you enabled Works in reverse, the gift disappears.
