Create Your First Sticky Bar
Template to live bar in five minutes — a guided walkthrough.
Step 1 — Pick a template
Open Bar Editor and click Create New Bar. Four templates appear with visual previews:
- Classic — a clean full-width bar; the default and the safest fit for most themes.
- Floating — a detached, rounded bar hovering above the page edge.
- Fill — edge-to-edge with a full-height button.
- Slash — a bold variant with accent-colored pricing.
The template sets the starting shape; every detail stays editable. When unsure, start with Classic.
Step 2 — Tour the editor
The editor opens full-screen with a live preview you can flip between Desktop and Mobile. Settings sit in four accordion sections:
- Device Settings — visibility, when the bar appears, click action, position, and sizing — separate sub-tabs for desktop and mobile.
- Design — fonts, borders, and every color.
- Text Content — the three customizable texts (button, out-of-stock, success message).
- Advanced display rules — which products and pages show the bar.
For a first bar, the defaults are sensible — you can go live without touching most of them.
Step 3 — Name, activate, test
- Give the bar a Template Name (required — e.g. "Main product bar").
- Set Status to Active (or keep Draft to save without publishing).
- Save, then open any product page on your storefront.
You should see the bar (respecting the trigger you chose), and clicking its button should add the product and show the success message. If not, walk through Bar Not Showing on Storefront.
