Subscribe & Save Discounts

To give subscribers a discount on every delivery:

1. Open the plan (Subscription plans → your plan → edit the plan entry).
2. Enable Offer incentives.
3. Choose Percentage (e.g. 15% off every order) or Fixed amount (e.g. $5 off every order).

The widget automatically shows the discounted price next to the crossed-out regular price plus a "Save X%" badge — no discount codes needed, the price is simply lower at checkout.

Enable Change discount after X orders to grow the reward the longer someone stays subscribed:

1. Set the initial discount (e.g. 10%).
2. Set after how many orders it changes (e.g. after 3 orders).
3. Set the new discount (e.g. 15%).

Result: "10% off your first 3 orders, then 15% off forever." This directly attacks the most common churn window (months 2–4) — customers see a concrete reason to stay.

Subscription pricing is applied through an automatic app discount. Under Settings → Discount settings you decide how it plays with your other promotions:

• Enable automatic app discount — the master switch.
• Combine with product discounts / order discounts / shipping discounts — three independent toggles.

Example: allow combining with shipping discounts (so subscribers can use your free-shipping code) but not with product discounts (so a 20%-off sale doesn't stack on top of the subscriber discount).

You can also discount one specific customer's subscription — the classic "save offer" when someone wants to cancel:

1. Open the subscription under Subscriptions.
2. In the Discounts card, click create discount.
3. Set the code, choose Percentage or Fixed Amount, and set the Recurring Cycle Limit — how many upcoming orders it applies to (e.g. 50% off the next 2 orders).

The discount applies automatically to that contract's next cycles and can be removed at any time.
