Can one survey run on several channels at once?

Yes — enable any combination of the six channels on the same survey. Each keeps its own targeting, timing, and styling, and all responses land in the same analytics. Review targeting per channel so the same customer isn't asked twice in two places.

How quickly do responses appear?

Individual responses appear on the Responses page (and sync to Google Sheets) in real time. Aggregated analytics refresh every few minutes, and very recent figures may adjust for up to two days as late events are counted.

How do I stop asking customers who already answered?

Use the recurrence setting — Show only once, or When the answer is not completed (stops once they finish) — plus max responses per customer to cap submissions. For email surveys, the block duplicate window prevents re-sending to the same customer.

Can I duplicate a survey?

Yes — the duplicate row action in the survey list. The standard A/B pattern: duplicate, change one thing (wording, reward, timing), give each half the audience via targeting, and compare response rates in Analytics.

Where do the customer tags from surveys go?

Straight onto the customer (or order) record in your Shopify admin, like any other Shopify tag — usable in segments, discounts, and Shopify Flow. They're added by the survey's logic actions (see Branching Logic & Actions).

Can I reward customers for answering?

Yes — add a Promo Code question as the final step, showing a discount code on screen or delivering it by email ("Get coupon"). Create the discount itself in Shopify first. See Reward Customers with Discount Codes.

What languages does the app support?

The admin interface is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Italian. Survey content is shown to customers exactly as you write it — author your questions in your storefront's language.

Is customer data handled safely?

Responses are stored securely, and the app implements Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks — customer data requests and erasure requests (GDPR) are honored automatically. For anything specific, reach us via the in-app chat.
