Scheduling, Priority & Combinations
Run campaigns on autopilot and control what happens when several offers overlap.
Scheduling
Every campaign has a start date and time, and optionally an end date and time ("Set end date and time"). Campaigns switch themselves on and off — schedule your Black Friday offer on Tuesday, and it starts and ends exactly on time. The editor validates the dates (end can't be before start).
When several campaigns match the same cart
Under Works with other offers, two controls decide the outcome:
- Priority — a number; lower runs first. Give your most important offer priority 1.
- Stop on Match — "Apply this campaign only and skip others if matched." When the campaign fires, no lower-priority campaign runs.
Example: a site-wide reward bar (priority 10) plus an exclusive VIP gift (priority 1, Stop on Match). VIPs get only their special offer; everyone else gets the reward bar.
Combining with discount codes
The app's automatic discount is configured to combine with product, order, and shipping discounts — customers can apply your regular discount codes and still receive their gift. If a particular promo shouldn't stack (e.g. gift + 30%-off sitewide sale is too generous), schedule the campaigns so they don't overlap, or use Stop on Match between your own campaigns.
