Shopify Flow Integration

Shopify Flow (powered by Shopify) lets you automate tasks and build workflows with a low-code editor. With Ego Surveys, you can start a workflow when a customer submits a survey - for example, notify your team about low ratings or add customers to a marketing segment

1. In the app menu, click Integrations

2. On the Shopify Flow card, click Try now

3. In Connect to Shopify Flow, click Connect

1. On the same page, under Integrate with any apps, click Create a flow. Shopify Flow opens

2. Click Select a trigger and choose Ego Post Purchase Survey. The flow runs every time a customer submits a survey response

You can also describe what you want in the Tell me what you want to create... box or click Browse templates to start from a ready-made flow

1. Add the conditions and actions you need - for example, send an email to your team or add the customer to a segment

2. Turn on the flow

To start a workflow based on a specific answer, combine Flow with survey logic:

1. In the survey's Workflow tab, add a logic rule that adds a customer tag or order tag for that answer — for example, tag customers who say Yes to "Would you like a discount?". See Branching Logic & Actions.

2. In Shopify Flow, build a workflow that reacts to that tag.
