Viewing & Exporting Responses
Browse individual answers, archive noise, and export to Excel — with the full column list.
Browsing responses
Open Responses, select a survey, and set a date range. The table is searchable and paginated; click any row for the full response detail — every answer plus the respondent's context. Responses you don't need (tests, spam) can be archived to keep the working list clean.
Exporting to Excel
Click Export responses to download an .xlsx of the selected survey's responses. Each row is one response with:
- ID response, Created Date — identity and timing.
- IP Address, Device, Browser — technical context.
- New customer, Return customer, Customer tags, Order count, Customer total spent — who answered. Segment your analysis by these: new customers often answer very differently from regulars.
- Login state, Country or state — session context.
- One column per question — the answers themselves.
Exports are one-off snapshots. For a continuously updated dataset (shared dashboards, weekly reviews), use the Google Sheets integration instead — it appends every new response in real time.
