Metrics explained
| Metric | Meaning | What a bad number tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Total impressions | How many times the survey was displayed. | Low → targeting too narrow, or channel/embed off. |
| Response rate | Share of impressions where the customer started answering. | Low → first question or placement isn't compelling; try a reward or a better opening question. |
| Completion rate | Share of impressions that ended in a completed survey. | High responses but low completions → survey too long; cut questions. |
| Survey reach | Distinct visitors who saw the survey (unique people, not views). | — |
| Close survey | How many times (and what share) the survey was dismissed. | High → placement or timing feels intrusive; add a delay or move the position. |
| Average completion time | Average time from first interaction to completion. | Long → questions are hard to parse; simplify wording. |
Results for each question
Below the metrics, each screen of the survey has its own card, in the same order as your survey. Each question card shows its Responses, Displays and Response rate, followed by the answers:
Choice and rating questions - see how often each answer was picked. Switch between Bar, Pie and Table views
Text questions and Promo Code - see the list of answers. Use Search responses to find a specific answer
To see each customer's full set of answers, go to Responses. See Viewing & Exporting Responses.
