Customizing Survey Appearance

Colors, backgrounds, logos, positions — styled per channel, with a live preview.

Styling is per channel

Each channel (on-site widget, exit intent, thank-you page, standalone page, email, embed) carries its own style settings, so the same survey can look native in every placement — a compact widget on product pages, a full-page branded experience on the standalone link. All styling lives in the builder next to the channel settings, with a live desktop/mobile preview.

The widget container

Start with the overall color theme, then fine-tune:

  • Borders — radius and size.
  • Text colors — header and description.
  • Background — solid color, gradient (from/to), or an image; optionally enable the glass effect for a frosted look over page content.
  • Progress bar color for multi-page surveys.

Answers and buttons

Answer options have their own border radius, border size, and text color. Buttons are styled in two states — default and active — each with text, background, and border colors. Match the active state to your theme's accent color so selections feel native.

Logos

Add a header logo or side logo: upload an image and control its size and corner radius. Most impactful on standalone-page and email surveys, where the survey stands alone and needs your branding to feel trustworthy.

Widget position

On-site and exit-intent widgets can sit at Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left (default), Bottom Right, or Center. Bottom corners are least intrusive; Center demands attention — fitting for exit intent, annoying for browsing.
