Overview
This feature allows you to activate the Ego Mobile Builder app embed within your theme settings. Once enabled and saved, your mobile app will be properly connected and ready to be promoted to customers.
Prerequisites
Before activating the app embed, make sure:
- Your mobile app has been set up in the Ego Mobile Builder
- You have access to your store’s theme settings
- Required permissions to edit and save theme configurations
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Access Ego Mobile Builder
- Go to Ego Mobile Builder from your admin dashboard
Step 2: Activate Ego Mobile Builder
- Locate the Ego Mobile Builder toggle
- Turn it ON to enable the app embed
Step 3: Save Changes
- Click Save to apply the changes
- The app embed is now activated and ready for use
Best Practices
- Always click Save after making any changes—unsaved settings will not be applied
- Avoid frequent toggling ON/OFF as it may affect user experience
- Monitor app performance and customer engagement after activation
- Plan a soft launch before promoting widely to customers
